Agatha Christie on Screen Competition: Winner Announced!

Last week I offered blog readers the chance to win a copy of Mark Aldridge’s Agatha Christie on Screen (2016), which is a vital history and exploration of TV and film adaptations of Christie’s work.

However the question you are all dying (of course) to know the answer to is who won?

The answer is … Lorraine McGuinness! Congratulations! And for her the best Poirot on screen has been David Suchet. Kenneth Branagh has got his work cut out in his upcoming adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express, if he is going to impress Lorraine!

  1. I’m thrilled to have won. I’ve been rereading her Poirot novels since last year so this should be a great companion piece. Thanks again.
